Salma was really caring and understanding with me. She always responded to my messages quickly, answering my queries in detail. I could tell that she really does care about my experiences and getting the best outcome from titration, she was receptive to any of my concerns and really patient through my titration process. Thank you Salma for helping me through this process it was totally worth the wait for the titration and I feel like I am starting to get my life on track now
good communication and fast replies
Mrs Salma Ali was very helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
Really lovelly pharmacist, who is sensitive and knowledgeable of ADHD. Quick replies via the portal & informative. Worked to find a treatment solution which has benefited me greatly, particularly since I did not realise the medication dose I was taking via private prescriptions was not appropriate and could have adverse effects. Salma was also able to support me with timely prescriptions to ensure I would not run out of medication and explained each step of the process. Would highly recommend her support for anyone requiring treatment titration via Psychiatry UK
Salma is amazing!
She was always replying promptly to my e-notes & was always very patient & supportive when the treatment was still not optimized; She made me feel comfortable to be candid with every aspect of my ADHD symptoms & how well or not I was responding to the treatment each week. Always polite, caring & professional. I felt she always read thoroughly all my notes, my worries & my queries & she would try to answer all my answers & guide me all the way to the end of this journey that admittedly has changed my life (in a good way of course) & I can finally feel happy with myself & my life how it unfolds when ADHD is treated!!!

Profile
Hello I’m Salma! I’m a pharmacist and I have been on the register with the General Pharmaceutical Council for 15 years now. I studied at the School of Pharmacy, University of London and graduated in 2005. I registered with the Royal Pharmaceutical Society in 2006 and I have gone on to gain my Independent Prescribing qualification from Robert Gordon University in 2016 as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy Practice in 2017. I started my career as a pharmacist traveling all over the South East of England as a locum working in a range of different settings, from Methadone clinics to Nursing homes, and more community pharmacies that I can count! I have worked in a London mental health hospital for over five years now where I manage a busy pharmacy. I have gained vast experience with patients in an inpatient and outpatient mental health setting. I have a keen interest in the psychopharmacology of mental health conditions, especially ADHD and I enjoy being a small part of a patient’s journey when undergoing treatment for the first time. When I’m not surrounded by drugs I enjoy baking and clay pigeon shooting.
